07/28/2017: We're excited to announce that we've signed an agreement with the County of Somerset, Pennsylvania to provide land planning services for the design of the Somerset Lake Nature Park! Located just a half mile from Somerset Borough, the lake encompasses 250 acres of water surface and generates 1.7 million dollars of revenue per year for the Somerset economy. This week, Real Design will be facilitating a public charrette with a team of urban planners and landscape architects from he Loeb Fellowship of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design! The charrette's goal is to help the Johnstown, Pennsylvania community re-imagine its relationship with its river system. Johnstown's local media has been previewing the charrette, including WTAJ-TV, The Tribune-Democrat, and WNTJ News Talk Johnstown!

We’re moving! Real Design is moving office locations from Hanover, Pennsylvania to Johnstown, Pennsylvania beginning October 1st, 2015 so that we may pursue new and exciting opportunities throughout Cambria and Somerset Counties. We are grateful to our clients, partners, and mentors around Hanover who helped us to launch earlier this year, and we are incredibly optimistic for the opportunities that await in Johnstown!
